As temperatures drop below zero and the city saw its first seasonal snowfall, it’s evident that winter is slowly creeping in. The decaying leaves still visible here and there under melting snowflakes are a distant memory of the short but beautiful Russian autumn season that never fails to spoil the viewer with the myriad of vivid colors and abundance of harvest.  Just to give you an idea of what autumn is like in the city, here are some images taken over this past October in Samara and the region.
